I don't know if this started with Disk 2, or after the patch, but whenever I zoom in with the sniper scope, or scan an item/get credits/hack (the "I'll take that" dialog), the dialog is in slow motion.  

Nothing gamebreaking, but highly distracting.  I can see if time was to 'slow' every time you look through your scope, but for it to happen just because I grabbed some credits is odd.
