Hey guys,

With my Collector's Edition there are the codes to redeem Zaeed and the armour. However in my registered game promotions I have Zaeed and the Normandy Crash Site, just downloads not asking for codes. So is it correct to assume I have the armour, this Normandy Crash Site promotion (which wasn't even mentioned in the CE) and two copies of Zaeed, one from the code and one from the download? I get the feeling I'm missing something here.

There was an error with some of the Cerberus Network codes in certain Collector's Editions. The way they appear to have fixed it is if you redeem those problem Cerberus Network Codes (which should get you the crash site and Zaeed) or the Collector's Edition Code (which gets you the Collector's Armor) you get the rights to both sets of content. Once they are showing up in your registered game promotions, you've got the rights to them and can just download them.  Check to see whether you have access to the Cerberus Network from the in-game menu, you might still need the other code for that.

Thanks. I've activated my Cerberus network code which explains why I have these downloads available, and also it appears I made a mistake assuming I had another code for Zaeed, which I never.

I activated my code, but all my downloads are having trouble, its very odd.
