I get the same issue as is supposed to be solved by the steps in the above thread. However when I attempt to fix them by following the processes I do not believe that I have EAAccess.exe on my machine. Was it left out during instillation ( I also do not have EACore.dll and EACoreServer.exe). I installed with Steam if this is relavent. Thanks.
