Yeah, I thought getting through to Jack as a Paragon was the best one for me.

If you ever meet someone suffering from Miranda's woes in the real world, take pictures.

Ermm, that's obviously not the point I was making, I don't understand why you took it so literal. She feels bad because her father used her as a tool basically. She didn't have a family or anyone that loved her or cared for her. She was seen as an object, a physical shell, and not for her character or who she is on the inside.

Just because someone else out there in the universe (Jack) had it worse, doesn't mean she doesn't have the right to feel like crap, what kind of logic is that?

"Well, I just lost my pet dog, *cry cry cry*"

"Stfu you *****! There's this kid in Zimbabwe who lost all his family and is starving!!!"

Sure, you'd feel for the kid more, but that doesn't mean it negates the other person's problem in any way.

Agreed. Everything below Jack I don't really care for though. Tali is easily my favorite. Garrus is pretty great too. Thane surprised me with how awesome he is. ME1 romances can go die. I miss the lovescenes though. I hope they bring those back for ME3.

I still feel like she had little to cry about. She had a childhood friend who cared about her. Jacob obviously cared about her, and she had a sister out there. Lots of people she could have reached out for had she actually wanted to. Her problems were her own and she could have easilly gotten past them simply by wishing to do so. Jack didn't have that luxury.

Tali. Even in ME1 she was my favorite.
Miranda is ok, but it feels like she just wants sex. Which is fine, but its supposed to be a romance, not some kind of fling, lol. Jack is Jack, I find it difficult to talk to her and can't imagine pursuing a romance with her. Morinth, I don't think requires much explanation.

Then there's Liara and Ashley. I'm not sure what to think about Liara, but I wanted my char to pistol whip Ashley when they met on Horizon. Sorry I couldn't see you the past 2 years, I was busy being ****ing DEAD.

Btw, how did Ashley make it through the Collector invasion? I thought she was paralyzed by one of the bugs. Wtf?

I liked Miranda's romance because it looks like Shepard motorboats her.

I don't think better reasoning than this exists.

Really, though, Miranda is the only romance I've pursused at this point, and I think I agree with that post.

all but Jacob and Miranda's are quite interesting to me, personally I like Garrus' a lot because he's my favorite character, just a little bit short of Wrex in ME!, but in ME2 he pulled ahead.

Definitely the Thane romance. ^__^ It was the most touching for fem! Shepards in my opinion.

I think that Miranda is my first choice. Tail i treat her more as a little sister then a romance interest. Jack is well Jack and she crazy. None of the femsheps romances really cought me so i stayed away from them.

Oh my God all the romance in ME2 pulled at my heart strings so much.
The one that got me the most was Thane's. God Bioware, you make a super cool romance option and
you make him dying... Ugh!
His made me actually cry.
His lines were so sad and that  background music made it so much worse. Ugh and when he cries
and punches the table and says,"I've worked so hard. Meditated and prayed and done good deeds. Atoned for
the evils I've done. Prepared. I've considered my bodies death, and a chill settles in my gut. I am afraid, and it shames me." and then you interupt him and say,"Be alive with me tonight."
God I can't believe I cried at that... Why can I only have him 8 to 12 months!

Mordin is obviously the best romantic interest, and the most depressing.

When he took my femshep aside and told me he wasn't interested I was like "D: HOW DID YOU KNOW?! NOOO I LOVE YOUUU!"

Salarian LI in ME3, pls. I'm so serious. ;_;

Seriously though, I honestly didn't have trouble staying faithful on my femshep(am I the only one who wanted to shake Kaidan and go "Sorry I was dead, ****!"?), but I think all the LIs in ME2 for maleshep are 100x better than in ME1.

I think it's a tie between Jack and Tali. Both were really emotional and touching(...LITERALLY.) The fem!Shep romances were kind of 'meh'.

If Kelly was developed better, she would've been the best romance in the game - but noooo, just some mild flirting and then BOW WOW STRIPTEASE. So disappointing, Kelly really had the potential to be a realistic and well-made character.

Garrus, totally. I've watched all the romance ends on youtube, and his is the best. Jack's is close behind, then Tali's.

For me it goes Garrus > Jack > Tali > Thane > Miranda > Jacob

I do like Tali a lot more than Jack, I just think Jack's cutscene was more emotional.

I'm quoting you because I agree with everything you said 100%.  Garrus' was almost perfect and it's very sweet and touching considering their past history together and the things they've both gone through.

I agree with a lot of what your saying only difference is I thought the femshep romances were BAD, and I never play Mshep so I never actually got to see the Tali/Jack romances.

Kelly should have been a full on LI, would've been cooler. Oh well.

I think Jack is the most touching romance story, but I have a feeling that romancing Miranda will have a bigger impact in ME3.
