I do not have an internet connection to my xbox. So I downloaded my collectors armor at a friends house, played for awhile then went home. No none of my DLC works which is fine for the mission and zaheed, i do not care about them. But I cant get my collectors armor or gun to work anymore. If I'm missing somthing, some sort of dl or registration for my dlc to work with no internet please tell me.

If this is intentional by bioware so I HAVE to have internet just to play my game. You F***ed up and you need to fix it.

Why don't you just connect your Xbox to your router/modem? I mean maybe it isn't convenient to have it plugged in all the time, but it can't be that hard to hook it up just for the 5 or 10 minutes it would take you to download all the DLC you're due.

That's the thing, I downloaded it already, but I cant seem to use it unless I'm connected to the internet. My internet router is downstairs and I have 1 line upstairs that I use. Its not only inconvenient but irritating. I don't want to have to disconnect my computer just so I can play a single player game.

simple fix, buy a 4 port switch for the room upstairs, hook the cable running from your router to the computer to the switch and then the computer and xbox to the switch, now you have internet running to both.

I hope I've understood your problem...

So, you have downloaded the DLC with your hard disk on your friend's console, right?

It's an Xbox 360 fault, Bioware is innocent for that.
The fact is, you can't use any DLC on another console without connecting to Xbox Live. You can use then offline only on the same console you've downloaded them.
Your friend could use Mass Effect DLCs without going online, if you bring him your hard drive.

There's one way to fix it: you need to transfer the license (DRM) of your downloaded content from one Xbox 360 (your friend's) to another (yours).

but you can do this only once in a year, and i don't know exaclty how it works (sorry). Be careful with that.

Next time, bring the console with you, if you wish to use your friend's connection. It's annoying, but it's Microsoft's fault.

Thank you, and damn you microsoft. Apologies to bioware for the blame.

Did you mean, you downloaded it on your own Xbox at home again? I suggest to try the easiest things first. Delete the Content, hook your Xbox to your Router one time and download it again.
Maybe it works, maybe not, but i think it is at least worth trying.
