I have tried 2 different DVD drives to install game once disk 2 is in nothing happens, on both drives one drive is LG the other is a Sony

Tried copying the disks to the HD same thing happens cannot get the disk 2 auto run to do anything

I was also foolish enough to waste 30 minutes waiting for live chat assitance only to have that cancel when my turn was up saying no chat supoort could be found -.-

Anyone know what a guy can do beyond trying to just returning the game?

i have the exact same problem as DAO69

I had to manually copy and paste all files from disk on into a Folder called Mass Effect 2, I did the same with disk 2 copy and over write everything into the same fold. Ran the installer and BAM was able to play me some mass effect 2. Hope this helps

the game installed with no problems and no im getting ready to check it out tyvm
