Ok Still have Ancient history quest, but completed the keep, also I'm stuck with shale, I mean I don't no how to start his quest line, I have him he's apart of the group but how do I start his quest now? please help, already killed that demon in the town you wake him at.

You are out of luck with the Ancient History quest now.



If you have shale in your party then exactly what quest are you referring to?

I have the same problem. I missed the last part of this puzzle(looking at the picture and reciting the line), know what I need to do now, but there is no option to go back into the keep/castle/whatever. Of course I'm ages past that quest now.

Is there ever a time later on in the game when you get to go back in? I have a feeling I'm outta luck:unsure:.

Shale's quest doesn't occur until Orzammar. Right before the final battle of that line if she's in party. Talk to her then visit Caridin's Cross after the fight if you don't normally have her in party.

Damn that sucks, save often and in different slots, can't be stressed enough.

I'm guessing there will be a future Watcher's Keep DLC that opens the Keep interior. If we're lucky, we won't get charged another $7-$15 for it.

No worries...will get it done next time I play through with another charactor...but your right...I'm NOW saving often;-) I thought maybe with that old mage supposedly still in the keep, there would be a quest to go back and see him. DLC I suppose.

I'm hoping someone will make an "expansion" to the keep, tidying it up and opening it.



I was planning to do that but the toolset boggles my mind <.< could use some tutorial
