In an exotic way, not erotic, mind you.

Hmm.

I'm of course reffering to the females when I say this, but...

In my opinion, I find Quarian's extremely likable due to these things:

1.) Their accents. I don't know why, but I adore them.

2.) Their bent legs. For some odd reason, I have a bent leg fetish.

3.) The eyes. Their eyes look very radiant.

4.) Their myesteriousness. Not knowing what lies underneath, it's captivating, somewhat.

5.) The fingers, and toes! :o Yeah, I don't know why I dig those, either.

Edit: And yes, we can't forget the delicate suits.

Anyways this is not an "OMG QUARIANS ARE TOTAL BABES!!!" I'm not reffering them as a "want to take her inside a room and undress her" kind of beautiful, bur more of an "odd feeling of peace and exotica" beautiful.

Just my two cents.

I don't find Quarians beautiful. I find Tali Beautiful.

Its because of who she is and what we shared together. Its really the ultimate extension of loving someone for their personality. And her voice conveys that so well that you never need to see what she looks like.

>their accents

Not all Quarians have this accent, so it seems you'll only like Quarians raised on the Neema or other ships that are known to have that accent?

One certain thing that stands out from the rest of the races are they don't have any pointy obstructions to there faces. Turians have sharp heads, hands, feet, legs, teeth, mouth, everything. Asari have far less but they have a pointed back head as well.

It's because the character designer is good at his job.

Well done Terry, the character designer.

Also the accent isn't just that eastern european - latin mixture that Tali has. There are plently of Quarians with North American accents and one with a period drama British accent (Quib Quib as an example).

The most common accent used seems to be something akin to Roma, so as to evoke similarities between Quarians and Eastern European gypsies.

I honestly dislike the Quarians, I think they're selfish and I unworthy of the pity they "deserve"

@Cutlass Jack hit it on the spot. I don't like Quarians as a whole, just like I don't like humanity as a whole. Because you can't judge them solely on their looks, as they have fairly similar suits, you are forced to rely on character and voice to determine attractiveness. I love the idea of a people who have evolved (naturally or artificially) to completely disregard physical attractiveness in exchange for community-centric virtue-driven culture. Mystery may be a factor of attractiveness for them, but it is only a minor one which supplements their other attributes. Attraction for Quarians must be on a strictly mental level, with any hormonal urges suppressed by a combination of risk and physical isolation.

The one thing that I wish ME2 had is a greater amount of exposure to Quarian culture. I find the possibilities of how their culture could have evolved under these circumstances utterly fascinating, and my only regret is that I could not learn more about them.

I don't understand what people mean when they say Quarian accent as there is no accent consistency among Quarians.

That being said, my answer is Claudia Black voicing a Quarian :D
