ummm, i think there's a part on the system requirements stating that the game is not recommended for play on single core processors. i think you're doomed. i could be wrong, however.

Your best bet would be to look into the fixes previously posted here, removing the cut scene videos, low settings etc. Sorry there is no search function...
Given that Bioware specifically states must have a dual core, I would not expect much in the way of support from them directly.
