[Almuadin]

I just bought 400 points and used them to buy RTO inside DA:O (I use steam, also). When I entered the game and bought the game with the 400 points I had, it begun downloading, but it wasn't downloading anything (It was still at 0% after 5 minutes).

So, I restarted steam and DA:O, and now it won't mark it as bought and the points are gone (And the rest of the contect that I had bought is now marked as unauthroized). I tried searching in the DLC FAQ thread, but I didn't really see anything that resembles my problem. So, is there a way of getting my points back or atleast being able to get RTO?
