I've been playing with Gemma since the day the game came out, and her page has never updated to show her face.
She is also the 3rd of my characters.  I deleted the other two off my HardDrive, but they still show up here.  :/  The first one I created is the only one I can see a picture of.

Is there a way to fix this or should I just wait it out, since this is all very new and everything.  P:

I'm having the same problem, the one you see as my Avatar is my first character, but for some reason my second does exactly what yours does.



I had a theory, my second character was one of the best Dalish rogues in all Ferelden, because he can become completely invisible. But, I don't think anyone agrees with me.

I am having this problem as well. This avatar was my CC version, I made the same character on the actual game when it came out and for some reason the character's portrait wont upload. All other information shows though.

Im having the exact same problem with my XBox 360 character. My avatar is my first character and not the one Im playing now (my 6:th I think) but non of my others have shown up. I have deleted the others from my hard drive and I even deleted my first from my Social Network account but still, it is sayting that I have 0 Characters and my last uppdate was just an hour ago.

Am forced to continue using sucky initial portrait even though my char already has a cool custom head made in the toolset.

I spent 7 hours making the character I have now but I cant show it. I really hope a Dev comes along and help us.

Happening for me as well, all of my characters have black portraits. Also some of my screenshots are black to. What the heck is going on?!

The portraits worked about a week ago, now they are all black. See my avatar? That is supposed to be my characters portrait but its just a black box. =/

my picture finally updated. I refreshed my browser a bunch of times and it popped up but possibly just a coincedence?!?

I have noticed a bout a day delay in character updates, but so far my character has not updated in the last 3 days.

I've logged about 20 hrs, and I'm now lvl 12, yet my character hasn't updated since I finished the origin.



Weird thing is, screenshots and achievments do update.

I made a dwarf character four days ago, it has yet to update but my Dalish I made yesterday is on there.

....... I would have been content to just have the one avatar portrait I had, but now, when I got on here a few minutes ago, it went to blank.



Arg!!! I haven't even had my game logged in since last I was on this site. What could possibly have changed to cause this glitch.



I'm not usually the one to get upset on a forum, but this site's list of problems is longer then the the list of things that work properly!



..... I should probably just stop bothering with this site. It is mostly for a PC version owner's benefit anyway. Not much for me do here. Just posting about problems I'm having with it, and that is not really my kind of thing to do.

My pic still works, but it's NEVER updated since character creation days and days ago---I'd love to show off my armor, but can't.

My character profile has no image either - the background comes up with a broken pic image in the foreground... I did have a character with the same name that I was playing around with in the character creator before so maybe that contributes to it? I've deleted the PC one now anyway so will see if that makes a difference...

Im experiencing the same issue. They should of had a simple system where you make a profile and then just link your windows live(XBLA) account to this profile instead of having some sort of quazi mandatory ea profile when you start the game.

Hmmmmn. My pic was present, but "static" for 2 days while I kept my 360 offline--and it never did show anything other than initial equipment. Then I plugged it in tonight, and presumably it updated the site as my achievements are now current---but now I have no pic, and my reported stats and equipment are still from several days ago.

Just out of curiosity - is anyone having image trouble who's character isn't an elf?? Just a thought but my character is darlish and look no pic!!
