I have a problem with my xbox 360 game.  I cannot find a way to search the posts on the forums, so I have no idea if this was already asked and/or answered.  But I am having a gray box pop up and cover about 95 percent of the screen sporadically.  It happens randomly and often.  It is just a plain gray box and the scenes keep going and the game sound is still playing when this happens. It is happening in game and also in cutscenes.  So I am not sure what is going on or what is causing this.  I have never had any problems technically with my xbox 360.

is the box roughly the size of the box that pops up when you push the guide button guidebuttons have screwed up before and the guide silhouette pops in and out repeatedly until you take the battery out of controller and or switch to a dif controller

I think that may be it. I've hit my guide button by accident while MW2 has been loading(multiplayer map) and hit again as the screen is popping up and it would take about 30 seconds to go away and all it would be is the gray silhouette no text or anything.

nope this was definitely not it... I tried doing both, using a different controller and popping the batteries out and putting them back in and nothing helped. I believe its a larger square and completely blocks everything its not like a shadow or silhoutte on the screen. It is so annoying it happens about once every 5-10 minutes, almost makes the game unplayable and it sometimes goes away right away but sometimes it stays until I back out of an action option (purchasing stuff at a shop kiosk) etc...

How do I contact bioware for direct technical support, cause this is ridiculous!

I had a greyed out box pop up on the left of the screen part way through the end mission - it completely spoiled the last cutscenes for me, and just wouldn't go away until I restarted the game. *Shrugs*

Yeah this is a huge box that covers the majority of the screen, maybe 90% and its been happening ever since I started the game.
