I get lots of CTDS while opening inventory screens during combat. Anyone know what is up?

Just for an example I'm currently in denerim. On the third battle to clean out the back alleys if i open my inventory i get a CTD every time, it is only when combat starts.

Exactly the same problem here. Haven't had any problems before going to Denerim back alleys. Now I've crashed at least 20 times just doing those 3 alley fights..
It's pretty annoying since every round of potions potentially crashes the whole damn game.

Hmm, interesting. The game just today started crashing frequently on me, and I just started doing Denerim quests. Maybe it's something to do with Denerim, or maybe it's something to do with the latest patch. VERY frustrating.

It's not a patch issue since I have an unpatched game. (Easiest way to get the DLCs to work)
