Apologies if this has been answered already.
I activated my Cerberus code and downloaded the Zaeed and Normandy Crash Site DLC. Foolishly, I forgot to note what path they were being saved to on my PC. Presumably I have to run/install them before I can access those missions. The 'Cerberus screen' shows up on the right during the load/resume screen start-up so that seems to indicate I've done that part of it OK.
I'm using Vista Home Premium. Any ideas where I might find these files as they don't appear in 'Downloads'.
Please help an old duffer.

Check your browser settings to see where they went. For Firefox, click on Tools, then Options, then choose Main. You'll see on that window where the browser puts your DLs. If it's a different browser, there should be a similar procedure.
Failing that, you could search your computer for each file name.

Thanks for the reply, Eurypterid. No joy yet, I'm afraid.I have Explorer (yes, I know) but can't seem to find any function within that which shows me where my DLC would be stored. Have tried a few file searches using key words such as 'Zaeed' and 'Normandy' but...well..as I say, no joy yet. I'm just not very intuitive when it comes to such things. Thanks anyway.

Try downloading something random with Internet Explorer and see where it puts it, assuming it asks you where to save it (I can't remember if it does, haven't used IE in years). If it doesn't look under Tools -> Internet Options in the IE window.

I tried downloading a patch for another game and it seemed to be heading to where I would expect Downloads to be stored. I have a suspicion now that the download of the add-on ME2 files didn't happen as it should. I have a help note pending with EA - if they ever get around to replying they may have an answer. Have looked at Tools > Internet Options in IE but couldn't even identify which tab would show me the save path for downloads! Sorry - I'm just hopeless with this sort of thing but thanks for the suggestions anyway.

Success! Went to the Downloadable Content section on the game's launcher/load screen and both files were available to download (again). I must have done something wrong the first time. I must do better on these things. Thanks to those who replied.
