I was fighting in the 2nd part of the zombie assault, holding them off in the barricades. Just turned Morrigan into a bear, opened the inventory, the game froze and I got a message it had encountered an error and had to stop working.
Not sure why it happened, it's the first time it has occured all game, and I was fighting in the barricades for several minutes against the zombies.
