Tonight I baught 560 points ( 7 dollars) with paypal . I was logged in game and on the website were I perchase points. I got the points on DA:O and i spent them on the wardens keep. I went to the downloading page and saw that it wasnt moving after about 10 minuts so I decided to mess with my firewall since i just had done a fresh install of winodws 7 and accepted all of DA:O programs etc ... I log back into DA: O and i noticed its asking me to percahse warden keep again Oo and I have 0 points ><. Did I do somthing wrong ? I sent a ticket it to EA's support but maybe another fix I may of missed?

This is not through steam just an fyi.

Sadly, I only have access and visibility to the points.bioware.com website, and that's the part that worked for you. I can only suggest opening a support ticket, which you already have.
