If you purchase content for the game the re-install the game on a new computer, is the content you purchased still available? I want to buy some but I'm getting a new computer in a couple months and dont want to have to buy it again.

Yes, it's still available. It's not tied to your game or your machine. It's tied to your account. So when you reinstall, just log into the game with the account that's tied to your DLC and you should be able to install and play it.

Considering it's on the PC (as denoted by your use of the word computer), the answer is a large, emphatic YES. The DLC you've purchased is linked to your account, not your PC.
EDIT: Dang, beating to the "Submit" button.

Exactly what I was looking for - I made a similar thread. Still waiting a response for Ryan's problem; I don't want to experience the same problem, so I guess, reinstalling can wait. While at it, another question: is there a limit to the number of reinstall?
