I am surrounded by a blue fog and for no apparent reason. I have no spells active or anything like that? Any help is appreciated.

I have the same experience, and a couple of hours ago Morrigan had it. I thought then that it might be because she got Arcane Mastery, but I do not have that, so I'm all out of guesses.

It seems that casting an Arcane Bolt just as the combat is finished will do this, because that's how they show you are casting an Arcane Bolt while running into range. I have recently set my mages to cast that spell on enemies below 10% health, so it seems I'll have to get used to it.
