i got mass effect 2, and i have 2 processors one that is 2.8 and one that is 2.79, and because the other one is off by a little it won't show that it is dual core. i went into the device manager, and it says i only have a single core 2.8. any idea? my system says "Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz 2.79GHz." any help please?

Sound to me like you have a single core but with HT. The optimum point being: "For each processor core that is physically present, the operating system addresses two virtual processors, and shares the workload between them when possible."
