X really should take you through the intro movie, up til the first dialogue choice.

However, I understand if it's something that can't be fixed for ME2. I hope in ME3 it will be though =o

Please Bioware, please! This game is absolutely great, but this kind of patch would be VERY appreciated!

This would be an excellent addition for existing ME2 players who are unhappy with their faces, however it would have to be a once-off accessed through the Normandy med bay, maybe a kind of tweaking mode where you can go back & forth between the face editor and in-game before finalising your face permanently.Rafael211090 wrote...
I agree! The best would be a patch which would allow us to change our Shepard's face at anytime during the game, I really like the idea of a medical interface, for example.

That combined with being able to re-edit Sheps face at the beginning of the tutorial would be the best solution. Otherwise my second preference would be an autosave before character creation. Either way, something has to be done.

Also, how the hell can a thread dedicated solely to Miranda's arse get to a dozen pages when this thread has barely reached 3!. There is no justice in this world! *shakes fist*

@wierzbowski88 : I would also add this options:
- Creating a Character-Editor(like DA:O, just with lighting/Environment Options)
- The Med-Lab Upgrade in the Normandy should give you two options:
1. Only healing Shepards Scars
2. Completely retexturing Shepards Face (+Renegade Points

The huge opening sequence is not quite as entertaining after you have seen it 20 times in a row because you are trying to tweak your appearance. This is one of my biggest complaints about the game (and I really don't have that many).

But i would recommend to shorten the title and take out the "Bioware", because
- the title is too long and people arent fond of such threads
- when the title says "Boware, ...." it is mostly either a Troll- or Whining Thread > People ignore it
Maybe: "Solutions for better ME2 Face-Creation"
...maybe someone knows a better title

Or maybe "Difference Between Face Creator and In-Game Appearance; Suggestions for Solution & Workarounds"?
Or "Face Creation is Still Frustrating Due To Unskippable Intro; Suggestions for Solutions & Workarounds"?
Or "Tweaking Face After Creation Still Requires Starting A New Game Again; Suggestions for Solutions"?
What do you think?. The reason I have the current title (minus the Bioware bit, I can understand that) is because it's very direct about what improvements Bioware could make while still getting the attention of posters who are frustrated.

I definitely see where you're coming from :-). How about "Face Creator Still Does Not Accurately Represent In-Game Face; Suggestions for Solutions & Workarounds"?

You can't even change your imported Shep's hair style without creating a whole new face from scratch!. I don't mean to rag on Bioware, but most other big devs would have nipped this in the bud early on given how much feedback was received from the previous game in the series.

AH but can you edit your ME2 New Game+ face without it reverting to the default, like it does when trying to tweak an ME1 imported face?. If not, that's bizzare, because obviously the sliders would be identical as it's an ME2-created face, unlike with faces created in ME1 where there are some differences.Rafael211090 wrote...
At least we now can change our Shepard's face everytime we start a new playthrough, which was not the case in ME1. But still, I wish we could change it after having saw it ingame!
