Yes, it is at the very end after you take down the colossus. Be sure to pick it up before talking to Tali and completing the mission.



It is a bit weak against armor but it rips through shields and has good accuracy and ammo reserves.

The damage is not that great but it fires so fast it is basically a beam weapon instead of a machine gun. Use it as if it were an assault rifle version of the Particle Beam, except it's really only good for shields.

As long as it's hardcore when you start the mission it will be there, you can turn it up before and turn it down after if you don't want to "waste time" on hardcore.

Yup. Tali's loyalty mission on Hardcore or Insanity will get you this weapon and it's totally worth it.

I played through most of my NG+ on Hardcore using the Geth Pulse Rifle exclusively. It is awesome with Inferno ammo. Best weapon in the game for me playing as a soldier.

I know.. I did the cheat by switching to Insane when I landed on tali's planet.. Geth Collosus..It's just not worth it.. NO GUN IS WORTH THAT!

i hate the collector rigle, the 3 burst gun ins way more accutate and dose mre damage. the items in this game is a joke, they really need to chnage it with some patch.

sounds like you need to be able to carry an assault rifle to obtain it. I just finished the mission with my infiltrator (using insanity trick), but i don't find one. I guess it's the one on the ground, in the room where tali stand, but i can't pick it up.

I just wanted to take it for zaeed or garrus. Or even better, legion (if he can carry AF)

Anyway, it was more for fun, since they mostly use the incisor sniper rifle (it's just awesome with a squad mate, since they are very accurate and have infinite ammos).

I found it with a sentinel, both in hardcore and insanity.

How would you guys rate the Geth pulse rifle against the Revenant?

It only does 3.7 dmg per shot with 1000/m, while the avenger does 10.7ish at a little lower. The burst one does more than 32 per shot at 700/m.

Also: Revenant is much better than the pulse rifle. Stronger, more ammo, better armor penetration.

Revenant is designed to be the end-all AR - the trade off of course is that only Soldiers will get it. It's also a fair point that having the Widow on your soldier is a valid choice, which leaves you needing a good AR that's not the Revenant. The Geth AR is my 2nd fave AR. Second best ammo capacity, insane accuracy when upgraded and with either Inferno or AP rounds, it's a monster.
