With how bioware based miranda and samara off of theyre voice actors i can actually see this if not in a different color and with glowy eyes
Remove the hair, potentially mess with the skin tone to whatever a Quarian has & that's about it. No, the glowing eyes (unless someone from Bioware said that she does have them) is most likely seen (via the helmet/visor/mask) to give us reference to where parts of her face are at, such as we see a white outline where her nose would be. Or does her nose glow too?
