Hmmm... I didn't notice the Quarians where 'Space Jews' myself. Its possible, I suppose, though Quarians worship there ancestors, not god directly (Though Keelah is some sort of god).
Quarian speech actually sounds more Turkish to myself though, or from what sort of area.

What about the "passive" Krogans having cloith around their head instead of armor. Hell the Krogans on the Citadel that talk about fish saying C-Sec wont let them up there because they feel they are a threat.

A writter does not have to be Jew to actualy use Jewish references. Tolkien is perhaps the best example in that sense since his dwarfs are heavily based upon Jewish culture and even Kazalid is structured as a semitic language (Akkadian was the basice reference to create it).
