Everyone has their likes and dislikes. If he doesn't want to play, oh well. He's missing out.

I don't question his tastes but his rationale for not playing 80-90% of the games out there is absurd.


His rationale is a bit closed-minded, but if he doesn't want to play games like this, well... that's on him. If you've tried to convince him, which it looks like you did, and he still isn't biting, ain't no need to press the issue further.

That's what I was getting at.

BUT i looked "Lets Play" videos on youtube, for both Prototype AND Infamous!:pinched:

My friend is just wierd and doesn't like to play games just because I like them for him (I think) it is all about his first impression if you want to get him to play a certain game you must make it look good the first time and make it look very good.

For this reason he never played "the world ends with you" so he is just a zetta hectopascallian piece of garbage CRUNCH!! Ill add him to the heap

The only one i really enjoyed was FFX and i played FFXI online for a while(too many obsessive nerds so i quit). FFVII was overrated but you will have sorny fanboys tell you "its teh best game eva and betta tharn mass erect!".

Awesome Idea!!! just show him this board and how angry we are at him after seeing how much hate he is getting he might say, "fine you and your internet friends win if its as good as you say i'll try it, begrugingly," If he still thinks it sucks you pushed him further into his hole of biased-ness. If he likes it he may be more willing to play everything you recomend and maybe see how stupid he is.

i'm a bit tired of grand theft auto games myself. Every game is the same and they don't try and improve on their formula. GTA4 is just the same old game but with better graphics. I like that Bioware can make different kinds of RPGs and tries out new things with them even if some people don't like it.

So  no offense, but WTF does this dude play?  GTA and maybe some sports games, except for hockey and soccer cause those take place in Canada and Europe sometimes?!
