when i try to use my codes for the bonus stuff from the collectors edition via the in game option,  it tells me the codes are invalid.  i've tried them exactly verbatum, i've tried them without the dashes... i've tried them with lower case letters... i've tried each code over and over and every time it says they are not valid.

this is not cool since i paid the extra money to have this bonus content....  

am i the only one with this issue?
