Deep Roads are accessable from the Mines, just to the south-west of the diamond district in the Dwarven city.

There are at least three ways I know of getting inside. The first is by getting a map from a girl who asks youto search for her father to give him the copies of the documents you have of Harrowin's duplicity. The second is by being sent to look for a Paragon by Bhelen and the third way is being sent to look for that same Paragon by Harrowin.

There may be other ways inside, but I do not know of any.

i need help to kill that damn broodmother.

It dosen't matter how i do i end up with to little healy poultrice, and that **** is just killing my whole party before i can do anything maybe im to low in my lvl. Still i'm so close to complete that quest i just don't wanna go off to the dalish quest and do them when im so close to new king for the dwarf.

I never got a cut scene. I talked to oghren in the tavern and he told me to ****** off, then after talking to the steward i was leaving the diamond quarter and he was there arguing with the other guy, but there was no cut scene. he was no longer in the tavern either, and now after getting to the anvil of the void, i find out he was supposed to be in my party this whole time i went back and talked to the guy he was arguing with, yet oghren still doesn't show up in my party. What gives? I tried adding him using the console, but by doing that he starts with no skill points at all. none spent or anything. Plz, someone help.

The same happend with me except the console thing that I haven't tried it yet.
The funny thing is if we go to the Anvil of the Void, the cut scene with Branka is made with him (we can hear Oghren's voice) but no one appears. It's a bug for sure.

If anyone started with Human Noble and got Oghren, please, I appreciate any help on how to get him.

I have oghren and have been through the deep from end to end, never did he say a word or help me find crossroads which I cannot find, killed everything in the deep roads, no anvil and no wife(his) what am i doing wrong?

Similar issue, here. Oghren is nowhere to be found. After completing the first two tasks for Harrowmont and talking to the guard in the Diamond Quarter, Oghren never showed up at the tavern and doesn't trigger when leaving for the deep roads.

I only got oghdren once , Never again after multi playthrus. Hes suppose to show up just before you enter the deep roads. about where the guards are. Good luck on geting any help . You dont really need him buts hes fun to have i think Btw whats the consul command ?

There is no console command that  I know of that triggers the meeting with Oghren.

Edit: There is a console command to run a debug for Orzammar, in which a dialogue window shows up where you can choose to jump to the plot point where he is supposed to show up. However, it doesn't actually trigger the event, so that point is somewhat moot.

No Oghren other than seeing him argue in the Diamond Quarter. PC 1.04 Dwarf Noble.
