What? You didn't think the nipple strap would protect against biotics?
The nipple strap is too grunge for Liara, I was thinking something more frilly and lacey.
Liara wearing revealing clothes would be so out of character for her in public places, but oh boy once the door closes, all of that shyness should go right out the window as it relates to clothing.
Yes, I too hope we'll see more costume and costume color options in the form of DLC and definitely ME3.
I didn't exactly mean it for a public display. This isn't Miranda were are talking about here.
Oh well in that case, nipple strap FTW!!! lol

I guarentee for every vocal Tali lover in the forums, there are 25 mainstream players who picked Liara in the first and Miranda in the second as they are more mainstream.
This is a double-edged sword, though. Look at the huge mess Liara's "hidden" cutscene has caused. The forum has been flooded with people who missed it, and became outraged at the (perceived) changes made to her character. At least those players were invested enough to register their game, log into the forum, and interact with other fans.
Out of those 25 mainstream players you mentioned, how many will ever discuss the game online? Probably not too many. They'll miss Liara's breakdown scene, and they'll leave Illium feeling frustrated and disappointed. They'll then fall into the open arms of Tali, Miranda, or Jack, never knowing how much Liara still cared for them.
Casey's comment about being able to track how many people cheat really scares me, especially when they've made it so difficult for most fans to find reasons to stay faithful.
I realize its a double-edged sword but the point is: for mainstream gamers, characters with obvious "sexiness" such as Liara and to some extent Ashley in ME1, and Miranda in ME2. Bioware, as awesome as it is, is still a company and needs profits to function. Therefore, Liara as a draw to many mainstream non-BW lovers is essential to their business model. Tali, as cool as she is, is a niche romance.

When did Liara wear revealing clothing? It was either:
1) Scientist outfit
2) Armor
3) Nothing
Or, are you referring to shyness going out the window?

Epic regret felt for not sticking with her throughout ME2, I didn't know the whole picture thing was integrated into the story.
The picture thing was quite a nice touch, wasn't it? I thought it was heartbreakingly sweet.

I'd like to see Liara back in her scientist get up from ME1. I thought she looked adorable in it and it would show that's back to the Liara we all know and love. I'm not against them updating it a bit to maybe be a bit more unique for Liara though.
Yeah, that's another possibility. Mordin rocked the 'scientist garb'....so could Liara. I agree they could spice it up a little.
Though technically she's not a scientist anymore.
True, she's not working as a scientist any more but I'd still love to see her go back to something similar to the scientist outfit to show she's back to being the old Liara without the front she's putting up right now. Although I could do without the gloves.

If I were to wager on any squadmate making a return in ME3 to an almost absolute certainty, it would be Liara.

I'm pretty sure "nothing" is considered revealing non-clothing

But what's wrong with "nothing" on Liara? I think that this is a very good outfit for her. :innocent:

I dont want to wait another 2 years or however long until ME3 comes out to get some more Liara T'soni! (comics don't count)
Agreed, that in and of itself is probably the biggest reason I feel so compelled to put the screws to someone for ME2.

Yes! I need Liara-Centric DLC! Especially some that involves major smooching.

Agreed, she just has to return, I mean Tali and Garrus from ME1 had major work done on them for ME2, its won't be fair that the other ME1 squad members (besides Wrex, hes gonna be uniting the Krogan) get another cameo role again in ME3. I probably will lose my interest in ME3 if it turns out like that, for me I want them to be at my side in missions just like Garrus and Tali were for me in ME2.

I think we will see substantial DLC for Liara for some reason. They gave us the least in ME2, LI wise. So I assume that was for a reason. Bring on the Liara DLC.
I just hope they're fair about it. I'd feel like a real douche if we Liara shippers got a megaload of Liara lovin' stuff and the Ash/Kaidan groups got nil.
