A small "N7" in an intimate place?

I completely support this.

And, I want to see it in game.

I agree, for me, her story was very emotional. I was reminded Much about innocence and in mass effect 2 the lose of innocence. I really do hope that they take the time to make all the characters, especily Liara, fully developed. In terms of what i would hope they do for her character is to make her less dark than in ME 2 but not as innocente as in Me 1, here time hunting the shadow broker should affect her. To extend this a little, are there any other asari you guys want to see as squad mates or at least return in a role (larger or smaller ) for ME3. Personaly i would like to explore aria's backstory possibly even have her as a potential squadmate as well for me 3, idk. In My mind that would be an interesting juxtaposition, as the Liara of Me 1 is in essence the antithesis of aria

Aria would be great.

She's more of a "Miranda", closer to a complete equal with Shepard. A woman to Liara's girl, if you all pardon the expression.

Weren't there some teases in the game about Aria possibly being the Aleena that Wrex talked about? I didn't notice it in the game myself, but there was a writeup about it in the wiki.

On topic: I support both Liara and Aria having substantial roles in ME3.

I hope you Liara Fans get what u want......I Think we all should but for me it is the One Character I hated in ME1.

But I hope she gets put in ME3 , much to my disliking she is in the game and it needs to have a Proper ending for her fans.

Same with the Tali fans and the ASH fans.

I wouldn't mind seeing Shiala and Aria again. Kind of wondering if Shiala will ever get "cured" and be blue again. Aria was pretty badass and wonder if the whole helping Patriarch thing might come back to haunt her in ME3 if its carried over. The Asari bartender was really interesting to for a normal npc.

But of course Liara comes first when it comes to Asari.

It'd be really awesome to get some more Aria time. I think she should have totally been a random fling option like the Consort was in ME1.

I really loved her character. Her and my renegade fem!Shep I'm sure became the best of friends.

Yes -- all of them.  Or at least all of the new ones:  Aria, Samara, and the bartender are among the highlights of the game.  Shiala is still sort of boring, and if I see that researcher again I'll shoot her instantly.

It would explain why the "most dangerous information broker in the Galaxy" doesn't just kill her.

She says that the patriarch isn't for first Korgan to give her trouble, then when you stop asking about her past she says, "Better luck next time" which is the message Aleena left Wrex after he thought he killed her.

Researcher lady, let me make this perfectly clear -

[SHOOTS HER IN THE FOOT]

This is not acceptable.

Think he's trying to. Wasn't Nyxeris (or however you spell her name) going to kill Liara for the shadow broker?

Most likely if she kept getting closer to where the shadow broker was hiding. For now Nyxeris was there just to keep an eye on her. Though why just do that instead of killing her? It really makes me wonder.

That would be pretty dramatic, if the SB was Liara's father.

Or, is that too Star Wars-y?

I think if they do the whole Darth Vader/Luke Skywalker dialog, I'd lol my pants off.

However, I'm coming to suspect that the SB is a Drell because of the whole "I can remember every memory ever perfectly" thing they've got going on. it'd be easy to pass one whole lifetime of secrets to another drell when one goes into retirement because they're going to remember it all anyways.

She wasn't strong enough to kill her. "Her barriers need practice... practice she wont be getting"

Nyxeris was there to give her false intel and delay her hunt or throw it so off track the shadow broker could hide away better. It just more his style to use misinformation as a weapon. He knows there isn't a mercenary that can kill her.

You find out that she was an agent of the Shadow Broker, but if I remember correctly Liara just assumes she was an assassin.

I'll go back and check out what Nyxeris says on my Insanity playthrough, but if you talk to her she thinks Liara is a really talented information broker but that her personal vendetta is what is holding her back. That  sounds like to me that she was just there observing Liara.

Plus the Shadow Broker has apparently been around for centuries. He somehow can't send a Biotic powerful enough to kill a 100 year old who apparently has him "on the run" after only two years?

Liara also said that if Nyxeris had gotten the drop on her Nyxeris would have surely assassinated her (not exactly what she said but close). In a straight up fight Liara easily won.

You would think the SB would use a bit more than misinformation with Shepard back on the scene too. I mean look how easily Nyx was found out with Shepard's help.

Yeah, if you think about it, Liara would be a very powerful ally for the Shadow Broker....if she can be turned to the dark side!

There must be some sort of twist in regard to the SB and Liara. I wouldn't be surprised if its a major plot point in ME3.

Has to be. We know the SB talked directly to the "collector leader" in the comics, but did he think he was just talking to the leader or did he know he was talking to Harbinger itself? It may be possible the SB is letting Liara live now just for the sake of getting to Shepard through her.

Liara is smarter than that, she'll either be a core mission and all you do is help her or she's gonna join your team cuz you come to her aid against the SB

What I want to know is why TIM tells you that Liara is working for the SB at the very beginning of the game when she's obviously plotting to kill him/her/it/them (Redemption reference here). He knows that it was only through Liara's actions that Cerberus was able to bring Shepard back to life in the first place. You'd think he'd be a little more grateful to her, his feelings regarding aliens in general aside.
