1.  when will character suppose to get  the "The Collector's Edition item DLC"?
I get the DLC enable it , the start new game what I got in inventory is only dragon armor, feral wolf charm,memory band. but when will I suppose to get the "one of the 3 Collector's Edition item?

2. Also It seem that I can not download the "stone prisoner" at all it stuck at 0% in downloading status? any suggestion?
