Is there actually a 5th Tech upgrade?
You get 4 Tech upgrades at these locations:
Garrus Recruitment Mission, in Garrus' Hideout at the bottom of the stairs in a Shelf.
The Collector Ship has one.
You get one as a reward for helping Tali win her trial during her Loyalty mission
and you can buy the 4th on the Citadel.
So where is the 5th?
