After completing a few missions in which all my team members level up, the people that are on my team did not get any squad points.  The people I left behind did get points.  This problem does not occur every time I level up, but it does happen frequently.  The last few times I've noticed it happen, Shepard did get points but I think there has been at least one instance in which that did not happen.

This has happened to me, too. Or at least I've noticed that Miranda is the only character I have that can max out three different abilities while everyone else is stuck with 3 points and unable to max out a third ability.

same here. I can absolutely confirm that miranda did not recieve squad points when I went from 11 to 12. I'm pretty sure she didn't get any when I went from 10 to 11... she's been at 2 points for a while now.

According to strategy guide, it takes 2 levels for your squad mates to get 1 Squad Point at higher levels. Though, I have noticed that Jacob had 1 more squad point than another (newer) squadmates at some time. (He had 14 points while others had 13. Now they have the same amount of points... :| strange).

I've just finished doing "The Engineer" mission and Shepard is the only character that gained any experience from it. My squad gained no squad points or exp, neither did any of the people I left on the ship (control group). I played through that mission twice, and the results came out the same both times, regardless of who was in my party. I hope bioware comes out with a patch or something. I talked to a representative and he blew me off and told me to watch the forums.

[Xbox 360 version] Same here. Completed Grunt's loyalty mission with Jack and neither received squad points while I did. I was moving from level 15 to 16 or 16 to 17...I can't remember. I think this is a bug.

i am level 30 can i still get squad points ?

Here is a useful table to show when you should get squad points. From level 5 on your team only gets points every other level and from level 20 on they only get 1 squad point every 2 levels.
