What about a patch for the Xbox 360 version? Cos what confuses me if the PC gets patches then what about the console?

This isn't a bug.  This has to do with the settings you are using in the Tactics screen.  Here is more info on the Tactics screen:  http://social.biowar...c/9/index/98039

McAfee ddin't give me a virus alert but I haven't tried installing it. Just seems suspicious.

I installed the patch last night before I went to bed and when I wake up this morning i'm completely unable to play the game (won't let me hit play at all).



I'm being forced to reinstall the game. Awesome.

Virus scanners always go off on stuff like this, especially when it's new. If you got it directly from bioware, I'm fairly certain you can safely run the executable.

thanks for the heads up.

its a dam shame they screwed up the patch - normal setting is harder then it was before the patch

if i have to play this game on easy all the way thru ou bet your ASP im gonna complain!
the party AI stinks! 
there is only 1 healer you can possibly get early on in the game and thats IF you stop going after the offensive skills/spells HOW LAME can you get this game?

There is no way a party can kill any of the Boss/elite on normal - it is extremely lucky if you do !
It gets pretty dam boring having to switch to easy to kill an elite or boss - worse when its surrounded by a lot of lesser mobs that can hit you for more damage then you can hit them -- ON NORMAL!.
you idiot devolopers didnt do very good with beta testing. Thoroughness is the key and you botched it ! Job well done! I admit Are you gonna screw up Mass Effect 2 just as much?
