Hes downloaded all the DLC from torrent which is illegal i told him not to i payed full price for my limited edition and he gets jealous and downloads it all from torrent will he get banned if ea checks for the DLC ????

Because he never redeemed his stuff so how does that work i hope he does not get banned but on the other hand he should of bought it LEGIT.

Well he wont be able to get the DLC because he doesn't have the codes to get in to it. But if he does actually get the ability to download the DLC I can see EA giving him the boot!

Well, assuming he isn't stupid enough to try to log into the cerberus network ingame he should be fine, as that's the only way EA could see that he doesn't have the rights to the DLC.
If you want to make him feel a little less smug about it just inform him that this means he can't use the cerberus network to buy new DLC when it's released unless he gets rid of the pirated DLC first, and if he does that then he can't continue with his current game and he'll have to start over. =)
