Why does it come up with "64%" and not with "0%" and then charging up to 100%?
Sometimes I just can't see the obvious.

To charge it you simply aim, and hold the trigger button. You can't fire unless it has 100% charge. You get charge by getting more heavy weapon ammo.  I'll upload a video I got of me doing the suicide mission. I use the cain at some point, so you can see how it works.

Useless thing, anything that let's you charge it up you can kill anyway, and anything you need it for would kill you before it is charged.

Frankly, apart from the collector beam gun, i've found heavy weapons mostly useless, not powerfull enough to be worth wasting ammo i can't replenish easily.

Don't discount it -- upgrade the HW ammo and equip the magic HW trousers to give you 200% capacity, find a quiet spot way at the back out of reach, and use the two shots you'll get to kill the end boss in a matter of seconds.

I had the exact same problem with the cain, no idea how to shoot it and bubbles just come out of the barrel. Nobody answered my question from a few days ago though, guess because I don't have at the least virtual breasts like the OP. ;o)

There is another heavy gun that does the same thing with the bubbles out the barrel for me as well. Don't have the game loaded up yet but I think it may be the avalanche, not at all positive though. Does that one need charging up as well?



Ahh why'd you use uploading.com Aaniadyen, hour and a half download. Guess I'll go explore with my new space maps I just bought while that is downloading. Thanks for the vid, I want to at least see this frustrating weapon in action if nothing else.

I took down the Reaper core with a single shot of it, along with a bazillion husks. Might not be the most practical weapon, but that's a gaming moment I'll remember for the rest of my life right there.

I was not complaining, no problem just so many sites use the same servers as uploading that it is slow.

There are like 5 uploading sites that share those same servers.

No need to re-upload it, 42 minutes left and I'll just stick it out and go explore like I said.

I used Cain on the "boss" at the end of Grunt's recruiting mission, where you have to kill that woman, a heavy mech, and 3 or 4 Krogans. One shotted everything.

Yeah, Cain is amazingly powerful. It's balanced due to how rare the ammunition is, though.

I just finished The Tali recruitment mission with the Geth Colossus, Insanity/Soldier with Miranda and Garrus.

You make the General stand down while you battle waves of Geth. At some point the Colossus stops firing and starts taking damage. You can then tell the General to have at it. I let my squad keep the Geth minions busy, while unloaded my S-97 sniper rifle at the Colossus with Disruptor ammo. Down, down, down went the shields and armor, and then finally exploded.  All of the Geth minions then disappeared.

I'm not sure if you have to make it up to the area where the Colossus is located at least once, but it just stopped firing. I wish I knew exactly what cause it to stop.

I might use the Cain on the 20 crates Aria cargo mission. I just got it charged to 101%.  I also have Tali, so I can take her to hack any surviving Mechs.

We'll see.  It might not be worth it, saving the Cain for the endgame instead.

I guess, I have bad luck with your uploads. The first site was awfully slow and fileplanet just showed me a window with the message "an error occured". I guess, all these sites want us to subscribe as "premium user" and give us a hard time with free downloads.
Why don't you upload it to youtube?
