Four  problems even if you can help with one that would be great. And thank god fr the community other wise this game would be in the trash by me. It just seems like they don't want to come on the site because of all the issues on all the platforms. OK

1 i have four characters but only 2 show up on the site

2 i cant get screen shots into any album  (keep getting unable to parse image may  contain errors) error.
And if your answering this one could you please be very descriptive on what to do? 

3 after buying rto its  now saying the other DLC i purchased needs to be purchased again

4 when i first start the game and try and sign on the site a always start out by. having to pick a language  ,then inputing my birth date only to be told its wrong. then have to input my screen name and site password (even though i have remember me checked, to be told { 's } profile does not exist even though my avatar is right next
to the notice but i can get into everything from that screen but sometimes have to input my info yet again so i can post in threads.

any help guys is most appreciated

1, 2, and 4 are site problems.



3, I can help with. Make sure your Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service is running. It seems to be having more problems getting going lately, maybe the server side is too slow. (Load from RtO and ME2 maybe?). Try manually starting it before you start the game.



1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START
