Did you romance with the NPCs while she was watching?
Maybe while she was watching he was romancing Zevran with another male player. Maybe she had questions about his orientation and decided it was better off to cut ties. Some people can be so close minded like that.

I'd say that it sounds like she's a very shallow person but I don't know all the details of the situation and can't pass fair judgement.

...because she would insist it was her turn. Then I'd be lucky if I got any time to play the next day.
You see... this is what marriage is really about: Two people who love each other enough to ration time spent playing Dragon Age so that neither of them has to go without for very long.
(Feel free to use that in promos, Bioware)

I'm sorry mate but the game's only been out for 3 days in america (and only just got released over here in england today). If she dumped you this quickly, when it hasn't even been out for a couple of weeks, then she was probably just waiitng for an excuse to dump you anyway.

Agreed, this was just a convenient excuse. You were probably a crappy boyfriend. You should look into that.

(I am SERIOUSLY joking about my wife leaving me..just for those that didn't catch the humor)

You are supposed to be out cheating on her instead, making a play for her sister. The one who always seems to be the better and in most cases and will do everything your shrew of a girlfriend would not.
In fact NOW is a perfect time to go after her sister and drive that stake deeper into her heart and ego so that she starts working at the worst strip joint in town with the sticky seats and dollar slot viewing.
If she has no sister, a best friend, a single cougar mother is also excellent because you KNOW she said YES at least once, or imbibes lots of alcohol.
Nothing says vengeance better than dating your ex's mother or sister. It's like that commercial... Girlfriend leaves you for too much gaming.... Girlfriend returns to make demands of how you WILL behave IF she comes back... Girlfriend finds you in lewd position with her mother wearing suggestible furry costumes that resemble farm animals and rutting like dogs... PRICELESS!
Sounds like the girlfriend was just looking for any excuse to leave and used this as an out. These type of girls you do not date at all. You reserve them for single one night stands usually when they break up with their latest boyfriend because he left the seat up, did not take out the garbage at 11pm at night, demanded you go rent sisterhood of the traveling pants 2 and you returned with the x rated version Sisterhood of the traveling panties part two through seven.
Now that shes gone you have plenty of time to play DAO and will not have to listen to nagging, weeping, wailing, banshee. IF she announces that she wants to talk, make sure you saved the opening scenes with the Desire Demon to a game save and or the Lady of the Wood. Just as she comes in load Desire Demon save so she can see she cannot possibly compete with that, crushing her frail little ego just a bit more, she screams in a tizzy, spouts comments on how she hates you and runs out slamming the door while you chuckle away and send the video to your favorite video sharing site because I suggested you record it for the rest of our enjoyment.
This might draw a girl who likes gaming, appreciates your humor and a much better girlfriend choice.

We ended up with 2 copies on 360 (one for each console we have in the house) and one on PC. It's a family addiction.

If you're serious, your GF is a loser. Not you.
I don't understand the logic here. So he is not a loser but he was dating a loser?
