This has to be one of the single most dumbest things I have ever heard anyone say lmao. People have to be responsible for their own actions. Just plain immature. It's also why so many people think gamers are immature, unresponsible and live with their moms till their 40. Apparently. One can only assume she developed a puncture or something. I find when this happens to my inflatable friend a puncture repair kit soon sorts her out, no need to return her or demand refunds at all.
