I've seen others speaking about a black screen problem on this board, but mine seems different which is why I've created a new topic.

Everything works fine until you first meet Jacob in the very begining of the game. As soon as the conversation ends the screen goes black, but you can still hear the game fine. When I hit Esc to bring up the menu, the menu shows up fine. If I click on the Squad Member tab, I'm able to see my experiance, health, etc. fine, but the character portraits are black. Exiting the menu doesn't help to return the game to normal, everything is still black. If anyone has any suggestions to fix this that would be great.
