After experiencing the arduous task of creating the plethora of user accounts required to receive what should have been free DLC (its not free if you have to pay for it with your email details three times) I was even more disappointed to find that my xbox profile ID was already in use by someone else for Xbox LIVE.

Unfortunately, I have already played the game for 5-6hours and don't want to restart just to redeem a pre-order code.  Is there some way for me to transfer my game save to another profile with an ID which I can use on XBL?

Bioware has really screwed its fans over on this one.
