Redcliffe finished. doing other treaties. how do i get to elves and dwarves cities?

i dont see where to go on the map to get to dwavers and evles to get them to agree with treaties.

do i have to do mage tower first?

Dwarf is the city top left of your map. Head there.

The wuss elves are in their wuss forest.

You can go in whichever order you like. Dalish are in Brecilian Forest, Dwarves are at Frostback Mountain.
