None and all my crew made it.

Jack and the Crew. Jack because of no armor on the ship. And the crew because I hadn't thought of it and told them to go it alone.

I lost Legion -All 1001 of him.



Subject Zero -All two of her, haha (personality wise)



And thane. But he was dying anyway.



In short, I lost a computer, a crazy *censored*, and a noble assassin who would have kicked the bucket soon anyway.

I didn't lose anyone.
Legion was my first tech specialist and Jacob led team two. Samara got her biotic on against the swarm. Legion took the survivors back to the normandy and Garrus led the defenders when I took Tali and Miranda to kill the baby reaper

EDIT: Jack and Zaeed weren't loyal so I didn't use them for any specific roles.

i lost a lot of people on my 1st try. jack and legion died because of no ship upgrades. my crew members died because i didnt send anyone back with them im guessing. zaeed died after i asked him to lead the second team. grunt got carried away by the swarm which almost made me just start the whole thing over (my fav character). thane died by being crushed by debris and miranda died defending the door

Thane (Loyal) took a rocket to the face closing the doors, figured he was dying anyway and it was a suicide mission...meh



Miranda (non-loyal) died holding the line…was a little bitter about that!!



Zaeed (non-loyal) survived escorting the crew.



Saved the crew…

first time: I lost Jack, Thane and Legion on Normandy because of the attack, and Jacob was captured by a swarm by dying the fight. Losing Thane saddened me a lot - first of all because I personally love this character, everything about him is so cool!!! and second because of the romantic relationship with my female shepard and him.

second time: no one died on Normandy (because I this time got all the upgrades to the ship as possibly), but this time Samara was taking by the swarm. Miranda also died this time in the last part of the mission when she ran with the others (I choosed Garrus and Zaeed in the last fight precisely). I actually don't know why Miranda died, saw her lay on the ground... both times her loyalty was only normal (all the others were both times loyal), so then it can't be because of that.



I love this game and all the characters!!!!

Omg i was so excited to beat the game with everyone surviving everyone was loyal and my ship was upgraded but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Mordins a ****ing retard and gets killed!! I dont even know how he just died!!!

Jacob then Jack, then Legion and the Justicar at once.

I only reget Legion dying.

First playthrough was a rough one : I lost Garrus, Jack and Thane on the Normandy - my laziness regarding the ship upgrades was severely punished - Lost Mordin in the vents (Whaddaya mean I couldn't send either Tali or Legion ? They are core members of my squad !), and Grunt proudly died leading the Fire team.



Coming to think of it, I lost all my favorite squadmates, except for Tali (which my femshep couldn't even romance *sigh*)



All my squadmates were loyal, aside from Jack. (I sided with Miranda during the fight, didn't have enough Paragon points to choose the "middle ground" choice, or to convince her afterwards)



If I get it right, no one should die during my second playthrough.

Thought I had researched and upgraded everything I could. Everyone was loyal.

Thane died, after crawling thru the pipes he gets his head blown off closing a door!

Samara died not getting thru a door quickly enough after leading the diversion team.

And Jack stayed to play with the swarms rather than run thru the door to safety.



I now have a full blown fear of doors!

Though I took Mordin (who was loyal) with me as I heard from several of you that he dies for some reason if you leave him at the end with the rest of the crew.

Yeah you had the WRONG people for each of those tasks. None of them are specialists in what you sent them to do.

I sent Legion in the vents. I had Garrus lead both strike teams. I used Samara for biotics. Bam, no worries. Oh and Zaeed took the crew back to the Normandy, no casualties.

I saved everyone including the crew.  But i also went for 100% completion.  Somewhere along the line I missed a few weapon upgrades but I did everything available.

I saved Mordin by loading a save and putting him in my group for the final boss fight.  Still no idea why he seems to randomly die, though.

lost Jakob and Zaeed. jakob was the tech in the pipe, Samara was leader fo team 2, Tali was the escort, Jack was the shield, Zaeed was diversion. Jakob got shot in the head and Zaeed went down just as the door closed. I had all the normandy upgrades and everyone was loyal and I STILL lost some of the crew...
