moderators are deleting negative comments about the game, it hardens my opinion, that my money
were wasted when I bought Dragon Age. It isnt superb game, as review says, its just hype.
Its average game, there are plenty games like Dragon Age, but without marketing and advertisement.

Yep, you may consider this game as funny, great, but if you think deeper - its just average, and have too much missing rpg elements to get 9 or 9.5 points out of 10.

Baldurs Gate / Neverwinter Nihghts - that were RPG games. Dragon age ? its hack n slash with new "pause" option.

I have thought very deeply on this game and still see it as a great RPG. To each their own.

Mass effect was average too, and the hype dlc for it, which sucked. At least mass effect looked better.

I think all negative review is constructive, because they will show the bads of the game to creators, creators usually see their game as their child : without mistakes :-)



I am just saying, this game HAS a potential, a GREAT potential, but 40% of that potential is wasted, or not used.

This aint an MMO you can QQ for a nerf Nancy.

If the negative reviews are written constructively yes.. I agree. But when the majority tend to be rant fests that just blast BioWare and call the game 'crap' without elucidating... not so much.

Umm, every video game studio I know only advertises their best reviews. Bioware aren't censoring anything. I see plenty of negative threads here that aren't locked.



If you don't like the game, too bad. Go get a refund. Trolling the forums and telling people their opinion is wrong is a waste of time.

one thing about being a PC game...is that WE have the ability to make the game into a perfect 10...because after all, from developer's perspectives--thus the game itself--might not be as attractive to you as they would have hoped...though...when toolset comes around, you can make your dragon age worth that rating of 9.5 or even 10 if you so desire...

I am writing again, why I consider this game as "average":



1) COOP play, Bioware is stupid if they didnt add multiplayer to DA. Why ? It will make game playable 10 times longer ! Just have look at the Neverwinter Nights (1) - people are still playing over internet, modding comunity is working on their new mods. This is just fact. Each good multiplayer game lasts much longer. Single player ? - you will win 2 - 3 times and you will never return to game again.



2) Tactics - there is ONE!! command action. I do not understand such this thing. Why just one ? This is called tactics ? horrible, just imagine they were at least 3, what a nice combos you can create.



3) User interface why on each side of my monitor, not ergonomic. You will have to run with you mouse here, then there, then there again.



4) Predefined paths , exploration killed. In RPG ? great ways to destroy one of great RPG elements.

Beheading, massive blood spatter, a fair sized talent/spec tree, dragons, banging witches and redheads, 100 hrs of gameplay... the list goes on and on. But like stated before to each their own. If you don't enjoy it like I do then thats too bad. Stop trying to stuff your agenda down our throats.

If you want Oblivion's level of booring repetitive yet massive exploration go ahead. Me? I never was much into running in miles of woods collecting wolf teeth and what not. It's booring. Give me enough meaningful space to run around and I'm happier than a pig in ****. Get to the point, I don't care whats behind every tree and I don't want to kill everybody. Thats not what heroes do, and If you don't want to be a hero don't play an RPG.

Bad? It seems that every review i see give it either 4 or 5 stars or 9.0+, Bad game hardly. I lvoe it the story the companions are soo life like.

shoundn't you be playing WoW, sounds like this game is a bit too deep for you.

You probably dont understand me, I am writing this because I think the Bioware SHOULD KNOW opinions of the users, even the BADs, do you think they will create great games if everyone is saying this is superb, it has some bugs, but I can live with that. That is not a progressive way !



Think about DA as rpg - the game is pushing you directly to the end. No chance for your own options / opinions and so on, that is not RPGish.

So far it's been a pretty great game. I'm not sure why you'd expect an Elder Scrolls game from Bioware. I also have no idea what you mean by you complaints with the interface, everything seems to be on one side of the screen for me.



Also the title you gave this thread is just asking to get it deleted.
