Hey guys I looked around and tried some help guides but nothing came up, anyway my problem is this I turn on ME2  and it signs me into Cerberus just fine I have downloaded the DLC allready and it even comes up with an achievment for Zaeed "Revenge!" to gain the loyalty of the merc.

However my problem is this I go into playing and nothing nadda no Zaeed no Crash site, yes I have tried turning it on and back off again and I tried re downloading the conent but it will not let me.

Is there anyone that can help me figure out what I have to do?

Is the DLC listed in your Download History page?(press guide button>settings tab>account management>Download History)

If so try DELETING the DLC from the HDD, then downloading the DLC again via the Download History page. *After you DELETE, LOG OUT OF XBL, then Log In and go to the DLC History.

I don't know if this is the problem but this helped me. some great info from Heartlocker.

Clear your cache or start a new game, I got the shotgun that way, the armor popped in just fine.

How to clear cache on the xbox.

Go to the "System Settings" -- > "Memory" ---> Press Y and choose the option "Clear Cache".

it wont delete your hard drive.

Did you make sure to register the game on the Bioware site? I saw atleast once case where someone had downloaded everything but none of it loaded until after he registered.

Hey I know this is probably thread necromancy but hey ho.

Again I did as suggested and I have got nowhere, I did however get an update for ME2 but this has also done nothing for me.

Pending for a while gets to 1% and then tells me it is unable to download.

If anyone could please suggest some form of self help or someone from bioware can be made aware of this problem?

Im willing to sell my left foot to get this fixed now. xP

It sounds like a connection problem to Xbox Live, that's why you can't download the DLCs.

Have you had any changes to your router settings that may have affected your connection?

Why don't you try to do a connection test and see what happens.

Hi their thanks for the suggestion but Mass Effect 2 is the only place I have a problem downloading things (I reccently downloaded the Alien Vs Predator maps)

Could their be something wrong with my CD key do you think? As I said it logs in fine so I was considering putting the code in again to see what happens but would this be a waste of time?
