Sorry for the late reply, just woke up. First off you have to delete the ME2 patch. Then go to the upgrade terminal and pick the reset skill points option. Then when you start allocating your points in your skill tree, once you get to the last evolution pick which one you want. But instead of hitting just hitting X to confirm, your going to want to hit X and (Square Button) at the same time. This will return the skill points from the entire tree but at the same time, lock that skill tree into place. Rinse and repeat for the rest of your powers.
