Maybe it's just me, but is anybody else starting to notice that some quests seem to be completely unplayable.  I know that there are a lot of random event quests, but I am starting to notice that some non-random event quests do not allow you to play them. 

Example: The Blackstone Irregulars - A Change in Leadership .... this is a straight forward quest in a random event you can just kill Taoran at his camp or kill Raelnor in the Denerim Market.  Now the non-random part of the quest is that Raelnor should be in the Denerim Market this allows you to begin the quest.  What do you do if he's not there?  Nothing you cannot complete the quest.

I was just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this?

Actually, Raelnor isn't in the central Market area at all--this was clearly an error in the writing.
Raelnor can be found in the dead-end portion of the alley that starts from the Denerim entrance, just near the house where Leliana's quest can also be found. Took me some time to find him, since he also doesn't appear as an exclamation point or main quest icon on the map--another bug, for sure.

That entire area is the Denerim Market District. I know where he is supposed to be located, I've beaten the game atleast 4 times. Any quests should have exclamation point. My point is that during my current game he isn't there.

I've heard about this one. I think I read about it at Dragon Age Wiki. There are other bugs as well (like the Dwarf Noble and his son -- it always resets and tells me I failed to give him the life he deserved! Very annoying).

I ABSOLUTELY love the game, but it seems to be more bugged than Fable 2. Though atleast with Fable 2 everybody had the same bugs and a patch that fixed the majority of those bugs.  The thing that gets me is that it seems like a lot of the glitches may not happen right away. On my first play thru I didn't have any problems then after the patch update I started having issues and the issues have been getting worse.

What's funny is I decided to go to an earlier save point and TA-DA the quest is playable.

The bug happens if you get the quest, than leave Denerim without talking to Raelnor in the market district. And when you meet Taoran on the world map and talk to him before talking to Raelnor, Raelnor will no longer spawn in Denerim and you can't complete the quest.
