 Hi all,

I got my code in I guess semi-strange circumstances. I pre-ordered my version of ME2 with the Inferno armor a few days before the game was due to be released at the shop I bought it at. I rang them on the day to see if hte game was out only to hear that it was delayed a few days. As I am quite impatient I went there and talked to the guys and they gave me the game and said they would ring me when the ones with the code were in stock and give me the code over the phone. They called me today (talk about your delays!) and gave me the code over the phone which I am very certain I gathered correctly. I typed it in on the redeem promo code section of the site but it tells me it is not valid. I tried lower, upper case and spacing it out in 4's and with the "-"s but to no avail. Am I doing this on the wrong site, is the code faulty or did I just get the code down wrong. I'd like to pinpoint the problem before I ring them back for the code again as they said they still have it on them. Thanks.
