I think that it's possible. But I don't think it'd necessarily create a problem. He says that memories of taking a bullet are unpleasant, but he can look at his kneecap and see it's not shattered. I assume that would apply to other memories, as well. Something may trigger a memory about Irikah, but he can look at Shepard and see that she doesn't have scales.
Point. I think intimate-Irikah-solipsism would be more likely if he were with another drell since Shepard's a whole different beast, or if he were alone and well... you know...

This is true; I completely forgot that bit about the knee-cap, and Shepard is indeed completely different. Now I feel a little better about romancing him.

I haven't ever done an entire playthrough as just Thane, but I've probably done just about every significant mission/dialogue as Thane at least once and probably more.
