I am afraid they would have to limit Thane to the Nth-degree. As wicked hotness he is, Shepard has to be molten wickedness! Badassatry and beyond.

I actually played Pragia yesterday and wanted to bring Thane so bad but decided not to. I only brought him on that mission once, which was during my 3rd playthrough. I felt guilty.

I've made another shepard just so that she can romance Thane. I'll be honest and say that I stayed away from the Thane romance thinking the baggage would be too much and would outweigh all the positives about him. Despite the impending death , the dead wife, the fact he has son issues ...while none of the dudshep LIs have that problem *cough* I looked passed it all and am enjoying the touching dialogue and the fact that it's nowhere near as depressing as I thought it would be. I saw the final romance scene on youtube already and wow, talk about a kiss! Best one in both games IMO. I also think Thane says the most romantic lines out of the LIs and I liked how it felt like he was the one to say he was interested first rather than the other way around.I really hope there is a "cure" or at least a way to prolong his life in ME3, the man needs some good news not even more tragedy *tear* heres hoping anyway.
