I have a feeling that ME3 will take place 5 years after ME2. And at that point, Thane will either be dead or mysteriously be alive and his portion of the story will deal with how he is still alive.
Fun fact: Only Thane can make being alive mysterious.

Today I made a thread of what I missed in ME1 that I hope they put back in ME3. Whne the squadmates yell like Shepard has been hit.
I would like if When Shepard dies, people in the squad yelling out his/her name.
I bet hearing Thane go: SHEPARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (especially if he is your love interest) Oh That will be SIHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That would be great yet sad at the same time.

Having a rather creative day myself, conjuring ideas, bothering my little mind with speculations and such candy things...so i would like to ask if i may and if dear ladies and gents will indulge me of course..

His expressions are just...i don't know how to even describe it. They're just there. It's them eyes i tell you. THEM EYES dark as ebony that you can drown yourself in.
I'll just crawl somewhere now, get my dose of coffe.
Edit: Sweet, that really is sweet. Desert scene would be real nice as well.

I'd love a dessert scene with Thane being next Shep for moral and physical support to him/her. I agree, his expressions are so unbelievable. I think it's the combination of the eyes and the way his mouth can look so sad or so happy.

The soundfile for this exists~ At least one soundfile of it. It's in with the rest of the team. No "Siha!" but there is "Shepard!" "Garrus is down." "Garrus!" "Mordin's down." "Mordin!" "They broke the geth." etc.

A scene I would love to have that would be between Shepard and Thane in ME3.
1. Desert scene (of course)
2. Shepard apologizing to Kolyat about hitting/shooting him, in front of Thane.
3. Seeing Thane BARE CHESTED! Especially a back shot. See those shoulders....
4. Thane without a long coat....

You know what I think would be such a powerful scene. If Shepard has to go through a Reaper or do something extreme dangerous that she has little or no chance surviving on her own but she has to go alone because maybe the person will be indoctrinated. O.O Scary. Remisicing on a scene in MGS4...Shepard has to walk yet fight the power of indoctrination and during this time, scene flashes to Thane praying for her...have it like echo around with effects(Maybe flash to him; I bet he will be praying hard so hard he will be crying =( )
It would be even more powerful if spiritually he feels her struggle.
