That and "be alive with me tonight" is cheesy but gets the message across. And it's followed by the kiss, instead of him stopping her and saying, "Hm. Siha? I'm... more in a cuddle sort of mood. Emotional fragility requires cuddles."

I think her request was sort of exactly what he needed.

And nothing says "I accept you" like scaring the fish.
